1. Return Period

You may request a return within:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Product must be unused
• Product must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Customer must contact us before returning any item

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

5–10 business days

for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Photos or videos of the issue
• Description of the problem

We will review the request and provide a suitable solution.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
